From February 9 to 12, 2026, the VINNER team met healthcare customers and channel partners at WHX Dubai 2026 to discuss products, projects, and supply collaboration.
Day 0 | Arriving at WHX Dubai
Before the show opened, the VINNER team arrived at the WHX Dubai 2026 venue to confirm visitor flow, prepare the booth, check the key visual, arrange samples, and organize reception materials. For us, preparation was not just about displaying products; it was about turning Cleansing & Care, Infection Control, OEM/ODM capabilities, SDS files, and brochures into a clear visit path so customers from different markets could quickly understand VINNER product lines and project response.
Day 1-4 | Customer reception and project discussion
From February 9 to 12, the VINNER team welcomed healthcare channel customers, brand customers, and project partners from the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and other markets. Conversations started with product-line introductions and then moved into substrate selection, liquid formulation, fill count, pack structure, label language, target-market documentation, and lead time. With samples, packaging, and onsite materials, customers could directly compare product feel, use scenarios, and customization boundaries, making it easier to decide whether a project should move into sampling and quotation.
Day 4 | Final day review
On the final day, the team continued customer reception while reviewing the needs collected across four days: which customers required fast sampling, which projects needed additional SDS files, brochures, or compliance documents, and which markets required adjustments to packaging language, specification combinations, or product positioning. The close of the show was not the end; it was the point where onsite information was turned into an actionable list for samples, quotations, document packages, and supply planning.
After WHX | Follow-up after the show
After WHX Dubai 2026, the VINNER team continued customer meetings and project communication generated during the exhibition. The focus shifted from presentation to execution: organizing sample requirements, completing SDS and brochure packages, confirming quotation information, following up on packaging and target-market documents, and sharing customer feedback with R&D, supply chain, and business teams. Through continued post-show communication, onsite connections were converted into concrete project opportunities.
