As shown in the table above, one of the main factors determining MOQ is the minimum order requirement set by packaging suppliers.

Custom printed packaging film used for wet wipes typically requires a minimum print run of approximately 150–300 kg before plate making and printing can be arranged. For packs with plastic lids, custom injection-molded lids usually require an MOQ of approximately 20,000–30,000 units. Canister products generally allow a lower finished-product MOQ because packaging suppliers often already have molds for commonly used canister sizes, so customers do not need to invest in new tooling. However, MOQ may still be affected by labels, shrink film and any custom canister requirements.

The quantities above represent our standard ranges under normal production conditions. Actual MOQ may vary depending on wipe dimensions, substrate, formula, packaging size, printing requirements and level of customization.

Yes. We understand that many customers prefer to validate product quality and market demand before committing to a full-scale order. For trial orders below the standard MOQ, we may charge an additional packaging procurement fee, as packaging supplier MOQs are one of the main factors behind minimum order quantities in the wet wipes industry. This additional packaging cost can be fully credited back in the form of a discount on your subsequent repeat order.

For a standard project, the typical production lead time is approximately 30–45 days. Raw material procurement is usually the main factor affecting lead time, while the actual manufacturing process itself is considerably shorter. Depending on the product and production schedule, our maximum production capacity can reach approximately 6–8 × 40-foot high-cube containers.

We welcome both types of clients. If you already have a mature formula and product specification, we can manufacture according to your requirements. If you only have a product concept, target application or performance requirements, our team can also support formula development, material selection and product development through our ODM capabilities. We work with customers ranging from established industry brands with mature product specifications to importers, distributors and supply-chain companies developing new product lines.

From a regulatory and manufacturing perspective, Vinner Health operates with manufacturing capabilities and certifications covering multiple product categories, including disinfection products, cosmetics, ISO 13485 medical device quality management, ISO 22716 cosmetics GMP, an FDA Cosmetic GMP compliance certificate issued by Intertek, and ISO Class 8 cleanroom facilities. These capabilities allow us to support the manufacturing requirements of a wide range of wet wipes.

From an R&D and manufacturing perspective, Vinner Health has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in wet wipes development and production and more than 30 patents related to wet wipe production, processes and formulas. We also operate in-house R&D, microbiological and physicochemical laboratory capabilities.
